TERMS OF SERVICE
♡ GENERAL INFORMATION
As the artist, I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable or falls outside my creative scope.
Standard Turnaround TimeDelivery typically takes 3 weeks to 2 months, depending on:
• Project complexity
• Level of detail (e.g., flat color vs. fully rendered)
• Current workload and health considerations> Flat‑color commissions normally require 2–3 weeks, while fully rendered illustrations can take 1–4 months. Any significant delays will be communicated in advance.Rush OrdersRush delivery is available for an additional fee:
• +50% — 2‑week turnaround
• +70% — 1‑week turnaround
• +100% — 24–48h (sketches or simple flat‑color only)> If my commission status is marked as "Running Slow", I am still accepting requests, but turnaround times may be longer. By ordering during this period, you acknowledge and accept the slower pace.
Cancellation & Sketch PolicyYou may cancel your order before or during the sketch phase, as long as payment has not been made.
If payment has been submitted, no refunds will be issued (see Section II – Payment).
Unused sketches may be adapted or repurposed for future projects.PricingAll listed rates are starting base prices. Final pricing may vary depending on:
• Character design complexity
• Level of detail
• Deadline or specific requests> A detailed quote will always be provided before invoicing.CommunicationI aim to respond within 12–48 hours. If I take longer, it does not mean I’m ignoring you—thank you for your patience.
Feel free to follow up if needed. Notifications may be missed on platforms like Toyhouse or Messenger.If you, as the client, become unresponsive for several days without notice, I will pause the project and focus on other commissions.
This does not cancel your order—your slot remains secured until you return.lI. PAYMENT
I accept payments exclusively via PayPal (USD) using the invoice method.
Please do not send payments directly — any payment made before you receive an invoice will be refunded.When to Pay* Payment must be made in full upfront or after the sketch is approved.
* I will not proceed beyond the sketch or deliver any unwatermarked previews until full payment has been received.Payment Deadline* You have 10 days to complete the payment after receiving the invoice.
* After this period:
• A +30% late fee will apply, or
• The commission may be canceled.> If you contact me before the 10-day deadline with a valid reason, I may pause or cancel the commission without penalty.
> If no explanation is given, the late fee applies either to the current order or your next request, if canceled.Refund Policy* No refunds will be issued once payment is made.
* Exception: If I am unable to complete your commission due to health, scheduling, or skill limitations, you will receive a full refund.ChargebacksFiling a chargeback without prior discussion will result in:* Immediate block
* Blacklisting from future purchases> I take my work seriously and expect clear communication. Please reach out if there's an issue — I'm happy to help resolve it respectfully.III. COPYRIGHT: THE ARTIST'S RIGHTSAll artwork I create remains my intellectual property, unless commercial rights have been explicitly purchased.As the artist, I reserve the right to:
• Display the final piece in my portfolio
• Share the final artwork on my social media
• Use the finished work as a commission example for promotion
• Repurpose unused sketches or WIPs for personal or future projectsPrivacy RequestsYou may request your commission to remain private, meaning:
• It will not be posted on any public platform
• I may still show it privately as part of my skill showcase
• You may also request full anonymity, which I will respectIf you require extended privacy (i.e., the artwork is not shown to anyone for more than 4 months), a confidentiality fee will apply.For permanent exclusivity, you may purchase commercial rights to the piece instead.If You Purchase Commercial RightsIf you buy commercial rights to your commission:
• I will not sell the artwork as merchandise
• I will not profit from the final product in any other form> If I ever violate these terms, you are entitled to a full refund.IV. COPYRIGHT: THE CUSTOMER'S RIGHTSAs the client, you are granted personal use rights to the final commissioned artwork.
This means you are free to use the piece in non-commercial ways such as:• Profile pictures / banners / layouts
• Wallpapers or personal website display
• Social media posts (with credit)
• Physical prints for personal use only (not for resale)Without Commercial Rights, You MAY NOT:• Sell the artwork as merchandise (e.g. prints, stickers, apparel)
• Re-sell, sublicense, or license the artwork
• Use the piece for any type of financial gainRegardless of Commercial Rights, You MAY NEVER:• Use the artwork in NFTs, crypto, blockchain, or similar platforms
• Upload the image to any AI training service or dataset
• Claim the artwork as your own creation
• Remove my signature or watermark
• Make major edits to the artwork (minor edits like filters, text, cropping, or stickers are acceptable)Violation of TermsIf you break any of these terms:
• I reserve the right to refuse future commissions
• You may be added to a public blacklist
• A DMCA takedown notice may be issued if necessaryLegal NoteBy commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms — whether or not they have been read in full.
Placing an order with me implies your full understanding and acceptance of this agreement.
