I. General InformationI am a freelance digital illustrator. I reserve the right to refuse any request that does not align with my style, limits, values, or availability.I create digital artwork only.
Physical products (stickers, prints, merch) are sold exclusively at in-person events unless otherwise agreed.Prices listed are base prices. Final quotes may increase depending on complexity, additional characters, detailed backgrounds, deadlines, or extra work requested.Response time is typically 12–48 hours. If I take longer, it does not mean I am ignoring your message — it simply means I am handling multiple commissions.If you submit a request and payment but stop replying for several days, your project will be paused, not canceled automatically.Estimated Delivery TimesThese timeframes may vary depending on workload and complexity:* Sketch / simple headshot: 1–2 weeks
* Flat color / clean illustration: 2–4 weeks
* Full render or detailed piece: up to 8 weeksIf your commission requires heavy detail or many characters, delivery may take longer. I will notify you beforehand.Rush OrdersIf you need your commission sooner (depending on availability):* Delivery within 2 weeks → +50%
* Delivery within 1 week → +70%
* Delivery within 24–48h (sketch or simple flat color only) → +100%If my commission status is currently “slow mode”, you agree that delivery will naturally take longer.II. Payments* Payments are accepted only through PayPal (USD) via invoice.
* Work begins only after full payment or after the approved sketch (when mutually agreed).
* Please complete your invoice within 10 days. After this period:* A late fee of +30% may apply, or
* The commission may be canceled.
* If you inform me of a delay, I can extend your payment window without penalties.Refund Policy* No refunds once I have started working on your commission.
* Exceptions: If I, the artist, cannot complete your commission for personal or technical reasons → you receive a full refund.
* Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent blocking and blacklisting.III. Copyright & Intellectual PropertytUnless commercial rights are purchased, all artwork remains my intellectual property.This includes my right to:* Display the artwork in my portfolio.
* Post it on my social media.
* Use it as promotional material for future commissions.
* Reuse unused sketches or concepts.If you want your commission to remain private, you must tell me at the beginning.
Extended privacy may require an additional confidentiality fee.If commercial rights are purchased, I will not resell or profit from your final commissioned artwork. Violation of this clause grants you the right to a full refund.

IV. Client Rights — Allowed Use & RestrictionsPersonal Use (default license):You may:* Use the artwork as profile pictures, banners, icons.
* Share it on social media with proper credit.
* Print it for your personal use.
* Display it on non-commercial websites.Not Allowed Without Commercial Rights:* Selling the artwork as merch.
* Using it for branding or monetized content.
* Reselling or sublicensing it.
* Using it in advertisements, marketing, or paid promotions.Absolutely Forbidden (even with commercial rights):No NFTs, no blockchain use, no crypto, and no use in AI datasets, training models, or machine learning.
You may not remove my signature or claim authorship.
You may not heavily alter, recolor, or resell the digital file.Violations may result in blacklisting, commission cancellation, or a DMCA claim.V. Commission Process & Revisions1. You submit your request with clear references and details.
2. We agree on pricing, timeline, and deliverables.
3. You complete your payment.
4. I create the initial sketch.* Includes up to 2 free minor revisions (pose, proportion, small adjustments).
5. Once the sketch is approved, I proceed with lineart/rendering.* Major changes are no longer allowed at this stage.
* Minor adjustments are allowed (color tweaks, small fixes).
6. I deliver the final files (clean PNG, transparent PNG, watermarked version if applicable).Extra Revisions* Additional revisions beyond the included 2 sketches will incur an extra fee.
* Redesigns or major changes require a new quote.VI. Cancellations & Client Inactivity* Canceling before payment → no penalty.
* Canceling after payment or after sketch confirmation → no refunds.
* If you disappear for 14 days with no response, the commission is considered abandoned.* No refunds are issued.
* Payment compensates the time and work already invested.VII. Physical Merch, Prints & Events* Physical merchandise is only sold during conventions, fairs, or events.
* No returns or refunds for physical products unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
* Defects must be reported on the same day as the purchase.
* No replacements after the event unless previously arranged.VIII. Privacy & ConfidentialityI will never share personal information, private messages, or payment details.
Only the artwork (not your data) may be shown publicly — unless you request privacy.IX. Acceptance of the TermsBy commissioning me, purchasing a product, or submitting payment, you confirm that:* You have read these Terms of Service.
* You fully understand and accept them.
* You agree to follow all usage rules and restrictions.Any violation of the TOS may result in order cancellation, blacklisting, DMCA action, or other appropriate measures.

How to Order♡ Required InformationTo accept your commission, I will need the following:* Full visual references of your character.
I do not work with written descriptions. Image quality doesn’t matter as long as the design is clear.* Relevant character information:
Lore, design notes, personality traits, or anything important I should consider.
This can be short or very detailed.* Type of commission + number of characters.* Desired poses, expressions, and actions.
I need at least a general idea. I will only work with the information you provide.* Additional info (optional):
External links (Toyhouse, ArtFight, Refsheet), keywords, themes, music, moodboards, atmosphere, etc.* Desired deadline (optional).
Urgent commissions (<2 weeks) include an additional fee according to my Terms of Service.

♡ Ordering Process1. Contact me through Google Form, VGen, Ko-fi or social media, sending all required information.2. Approval:
Within 1–5 days, I will send 1 to 3 thumbnail sketches.
→ Up to 3 free revisions at this stage.
→ Additional changes will require a negotiable fee.3. Payment:
Once the sketch is approved, I will send a PayPal invoice.
I will continue only after full payment is received.4. Progress:
You will receive a lineart + base color preview.
→ Small detail or color adjustments are free here.5. Later changes:
After the lineart + base color stage, major revisions have a fee of $5–$22 USD depending on complexity.6. Final delivery:
